WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR 1:1 PACKAGE:
🖤 Weekly custom home workout program. You’ll receive 2-5 workouts per week based on your individual goals and needs, designed to give you big results without spending hours getting to/from the gym. Using bands and dumbbells, we’ll bring the gym into your home with unique and efficient progressive strength training circuits. Includes links to video tutorials for every exercise.
🖤 Accountability & Support. You’ll begin with a 30-minute consultation + movement assessment with Coach Court at the start of your program, and then will stay in contact via weekly (15-minute) Zoom check-in sessions + unlimited text messaging and emailing to ensure you have the support and resources you need to succeed.
🖤 Nutrition support + Custom macros that will evolve and update as you progress through the program. Our nutrition plans are designed to keep you feeling full and energized while working towards your goals. With our flexible diet approach, you don’t have to cut out your favorite foods. I encourage you to keep the pizza AND the Crumbl cookies while working towards your goals!
🖤 Customized program tracker. During your program you’ll use our online fitness tracker to view your workouts, track habits & nutrition, update goal progress, and more!
🖤 Free weekly Zoom workout to build community, and to help keep you motivated and on track with your workouts. Community workouts will range from strength training, to bootcamp style workouts, to sculpt workouts, and everything in between.

Coach Court is proud to hold a certification in Prenatal & Postnatal Coaching through the reputable Girls Gone Strong Academy. This certification, combined with her background as a maternal health case manager & pediatric nurse, gives her the unique ability to properly and safely train you through ALL stages of pregnancy and postpartum.
For her 1:1 clients you’ll be provided with a customized training plan that will change with you throughout the various stages of pre and post childbirth. Her prenatal programs consist of strength training circuits along with mobility and birth prep that evolves along with your pregnancy. Once you’re postpartum you’ll go through an individualized rehab plan as your steadily work your way back to exercise.

PERI & POST MENOPAUSE TRAINING + SUPPORT
Coach Court is proud to hold a certification in Menopause Coaching through the reputable Girls Gone Strong Academy. This certification combined, with her background as a registered nurse, gives her the unique ability to properly and safely train you through ALL stages of peri and post menopause.
Menopause is associated with a natural decline in estrogen, which in turn increases visceral fat mass, decreases bone mass density, muscle mass, and strength. Strength training, especially resistance training, is a powerful tool in activating muscle-building stem cells and maintaining lean body mass. In addition, resistance training improves insulin sensitivity, lowers blood pressure, reduces visceral (aka belly) fat, and improves immunity – supporting overall well-being. Our virtual 1:1 clients will be provided with a customized training and wellness plan that is designed to help you gain muscle mass, strengthen bones, and balance hormones and blood sugar.

AT-HOME STRENGTH TRAINING FOR GYM GIRLIES
f you’re a gym loving girlie who struggles making time to actually GO to the gym…this is the program for you. Utilizing dumbbells and bands, we’ll bring the same exercises that you love to do in the gym, into your home.
Your Sweat + Bloom at-home program will have you following a progressive circuit-style training plan, designed to increase strength and build muscle. Strength training is a VITAL component of building healthy bones, balancing hormones and blood sugar, and obtaining ideal body composition. Our programs aren’t just randomly thrown together. We create customized and specific training blocks designed to be built upon week after week, with the end goal of building stronger bodies + minds. With Sweat + Bloom you’ll never have to worry about making it to the gym on time, or figuring out what your workout for the day will be – we do all the work for you, you simply have to open your plan and complete your weekly sessions on your own time.
