Throwback post, but felt like it deserved a spot o Throwback post, but felt like it deserved a spot on the grid. Had such a fun weekend in Vegas with my sister and brother-in-law doing all our favorite things…eating + drinking + road-tripping. Just a reminder to spend more time with the people you love, doing more of the things you love 💗

I believe that fitness is about so much more than what you look like in the mirror, or what the numbers say on the scale. I want to help you feel like your absolute BEST most EMPOWERED self. By incorporating movement into your day, supporting your hormones, and nourishing your body with healthy foods…you’ll start to see huge changes take place both inside and out. You are NOT broken, and with the right tools + accountability and support, you’ll be making progress towards your goals in no time.

I currently offer 3 different ways to work with me: Prenatal/Postpartum pathway, Peri/Post Menopause, or general Strength/Nutrition for girlies looking to level up their fitness 💗

Trying to overhaul your entire routine, or change Trying to overhaul your entire routine, or change too many habits at once, can lead to overwhelm and burnout. By concentrating on taking baby steps or moving the needle just 1% each day, not only will you create lasting habits, but your actions will quickly build up to something big.
Real talk…meal planning/prepping is one of the H Real talk…meal planning/prepping is one of the HARDEST things for me. It’s so hard to stay motivated to cook healthy when I’m busy, tired, or crunched for time. I have found the more complicated I try to get, the higher the chance I’m gonna abandon ship mid week and rely on takeout to get me through.

With the start of summer, I’m taking things back to the BASICS. It doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective!! Here’s what I’m “prepping” this week to keep me on track, without spending tons of time on planning and cooking:

✨BREAKFAST
Greek yogurt parfait with organic fresh fruit and grain-free granola. Takes 5 minutes to throw together, and super simple to prep the night before. My go-to granola is @purely_elizabeth. So delicious and with ingredients that are good for you!

✨LUNCH
Bagged salad topped with protein of your choice. I suggest taking an hour at the beginning of the week to cook your protein. An alternate is grabbing pre-cooked protein from @sprouts or @wholefoods for an even easier protein alternative.

Another option for lunch is a quick Chicken Salad. I mix pre-shredded chicken, avocado, and greek yogurt in a bowl. Season with some salt and pepper. Enjoy with flaxseed crackers!

✨DINNER
Stick a salmon fillet in the air fryer for 10-minutes. While that’s cooking, I stick a bag of @birdseyevegetables into the microwave. They even make a frozen white rice which is so fast and simple to make in a pinch! If you’re not into salmon, I also like to use frozen turkey meatballs from @traderjoes. While you’re there, grab their stir fry cauliflower rice - you won’t be disappointed.

Thankful for each day that I get to be part of a roomful of people who are coming together to grow stronger, overcome challenges, and show up for themselves day after day.
My goal this year is to include more Pilates into My goal this year is to include more Pilates into my wellness routine, so I woke up early today to take a class at my absolute fave local studio - @pilatesrepublic.

This was my first time at the Carlsbad location, and it was adorable. If you’re looking for a more intimate and hands-on class, this is the location for you. They only have 6 reformers in the space, so lots of opportunities for 1:1 attention and corrections. I loved having the doors wide open to get that morning breeze and sunlight. The instructor was super friendly, and helped everyone get their reformers setup before class (they are a little different from the UTC and Del Mar locations). Class was Align + which is my favorite of their class offerings.

Have you been to Pilates Republic? If so, which studio is your favorite?
