
Coach Court is proud to hold a certification in Prenatal & Postnatal Coaching through the reputable Girls Gone Strong Academy. This certification, combined with her background as a maternal health case manager & pediatric nurse, gives her the unique ability to properly and safely train you through ALL stages of pregnancy and postpartum.
For her 1:1 clients you’ll be provided with a customized training plan that will change with you throughout the various stages of pre and post childbirth. Her prenatal programs consist of strength training circuits along with mobility and birth prep that evolves along with your pregnancy. Once you’re postpartum you’ll go through an individualized rehab plan as your steadily work your way back to exercise.
Why should I rehab after birth? Your pelvic floor and core take on an enormous load during pregnancy, which can cause pain and issues if not corrected postpartum. Our postpartum program focuses on rehabbing your core and pelvic floor, rebuilding your glutes, and strengthening your hips. We’ll also work on posture and shoulder mobility, which both can be areas of concern postpartum. In addition you’ll receive recovery tips on nutrition, scar massage, healthy habits, and more.
What if I’m months or years postpartum? No matter if you’ve just had a baby, or if your baby is 10 years old, it’s never too late to rehab your core and pelvic floor!
Do you offer nutrition support as well? Coach Court has an extensive background in nutrition and macro planning, and is working towards her Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification. Her 1:1 clients receive customized nutrition support including: sample meal plans, hormone balancing tips and technique, personalized macros, and weekly check-ins to ensure you are meeting your goals.
